About the Role

OnFrontiers is looking to add a Business Development Representative to our core team who will identify and develop opportunities, provide demonstrations, and manage the initial stages of the sales cycle. You will be a first responder to requests and leads, provide provocative presentations and demonstrations, and take a disciplined and elegant approach to follow-up, including materials, proposals, and other relevant information.

Account planning, sales strategy, and engaging executive management are all necessary to meet your individual quota as well as OnFrontiers' growth objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify Leads: Identify and engage with potential customers in the government and public sectors, ensuring they meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Set Qualified Meetings: Schedule meetings between prospects and our sales team, creating opportunities for meaningful conversations.
  • Create Opportunities: Develop qualified opportunities in HubSpot, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Ensure Attendance: Ensure prospects attend scheduled meetings, re-engaging and rescheduling if necessary.
  • Omnichannel Communication: Utilize multiple channels to engage with prospects, including email, phone, social media, and more.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Drive Revenue: Focus on generating high-quality leads and opportunities that contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Innovative Prospecting: Be gritty and resourceful in finding new, fresh ideas to meet people and create opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experienced: You have a background in business development or sales, with a proven track record of setting qualified meetings and creating opportunities.
  • Enterprise Savvy: You have experience engaging with C-suite executives and navigating complex business structures in the enterprise space.
  • Proactive: You take initiative and are not afraid to reach out to potential customers to create new opportunities.
  • Detail-Oriented: You ensure all lead and opportunity information is meticulously recorded and maintained in HubSpot.
  • Results-Driven: You are focused on generating opportunities that lead to revenue growth, not just meeting quotas.
  • Collaborative: You excel at working with sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals and ensure a seamless process.
  • Omnichannel Expert: You are skilled in using multiple communication channels to reach prospects and engage them effectively.
