Prior to that Tawanda served as Managing Director Capital Markets with KKR and immediately prior to that he was Co-Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Banking & Capital Markets SF Investments Group which was acquired by KKR. Tawanda is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and CPA Australia. He is also a CFA and holds 2 MBAs from Imperial College and Oxford University. He is also a holder of a Computer Science Degree. Tawanda has worked in Europe, Africa, and North & South America and extensively across the Asia Pacific region heading some of the largest Investment Banks in the world. He has consulted worldwide on issues ranging from Tech Start-ups and Commercialisation, Capitalization, M&A, International Finance, Basel II, PE, VC issues. His career began in Public Practice and worked for Arthur Andersen in London, Chicago and New York, Ernst & Young (London, New York), Barclays (London, New York, Singapore), Merrill Lynch, First Capital.
