Provide exceptional Level 1 & 2 customer support to advertisers, media partners and agencies via email, chat, phone, and customer support management system.
Ensure all client service requests get resolved in a timely and high quality manner
Provide onboarding support and training to new advertisers
Escalate issues to National Accounts Success Manager or Team Lead that require immediate attention
Provide oversight on the routing/escalation/resolution of Support emails / delegate as needed to compliance, technical, etc.
Continually stay on top of new product features and know why/how to use them
Proactively monitor accounts and notify National Account Manager of any churn risk and/or contact changes that take place in the account.
Assist in maintaining FAQ and Help Content
Regression testing / Quality Assurance with a sole focus on Advertiser accounts
Develop productive internal relationships within Cape Town, UK and US teams
Mentor/train new CSS staff
