This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to all users of the OnFrontiers website, or services or utilities made available through the website (the website, services and utilities hereinafter collectively referred to as, the “Services”), including without limitation all Clients (such users and Clients hereinafter referred to as “you”). The Privacy Policy describes how we collect data from you (including your personally identifiable information or “PII”), what we do with the data we collect, and your rights related to that data.

  1. The Terms of This Privacy Policy are a Binding Legal Agreement between You and OnFrontiers

1.1           By registering to use OnFrontiers Services or by agreeing to the terms of the Client Services Agreement, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and, if you do not agree to any of the terms, do not proceed with registration or use the Services.

1.2           You acknowledge that the terms of this Privacy Policy may change from time to time and that you will be bound by such changes as of their effective date. No changes or updates in terms will be retroactive. While we will do our best to notify you of any such changes, it is your responsibility to check back on OnFrontiers website from time to time for updates. If you do not agree with any change in terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and promptly notify us by emailing

  1. What Information Does OnFrontiers Collect From or About You and How Is That Information Collected?

2.1           When you register to use the Services, you create a User profile. We collect and store your name, email address, phone number, and the password that you create at that time. If you register as a Client, or book a Consultation on behalf of a business or organization, we may also collect and store your business’ or organization’s name, address, phone number, and such other details about your business or organization as you may provide us. We also collect and store such additional information as you may voluntarily provide at the time of registration, including information related to your interests, professional experience, settings for communication, billing location, and so on, as well as a photo. All of the information referred to above in this paragraph is referred to as “Registration Information”. We also collect and store any changes or updates to Registration Information, of which you may notify us from time to time.

2.2           Additionally,  OnFrontiers may collect (i) any information that you provide OnFrontiers in the process of searching OnFrontiers Website, creating projects and interacting with Experts, (ii) information that you provide an Expert with whom you communicate, as well as (iii) the content of your Consultation sessions and message exchanges, which may be recorded and preserved by OnFrontiers for quality control purposes and for possible use in transcription or other services provided to you, including without limitation delivery of recordings and transcriptions by OnFrontiers  to Client for Client’s internal use.

2.3           The OnFrontiers website uses “cookies” and other technology to collect information about your usage of the Services. A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent by OnFrontiers to your Internet browser and stored on your computer’s hard drive, and that delivers information to us about your activity on OnFrontiers website. If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a setting that you may select in most web browsers that allows you to decline the use of cookies.

2.4           OnFrontiers may also use device identifiers, meta data or other data collection techniques to collect data about your use of the Services. Collection of usage data, such as traffic and usage trends, allows us to understand how the Service is commonly used and improve the Service to better serve users. We combine this data with that of other users of the Services, so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you individually.

  1. How Does OnFrontiers Use Information That We Collect From or About You?

3.1           OnFrontiers will only use information that we collect from or about you to perform or improve the Services. For example, as relevant, we may use your information:
